Well, it's 2 out of 10, which would be 40 out of 200. 50 is usually good enough to be considered a borderline starter in OOTP, so he might be able to give you 90 pitches per game and he's got lots of decent pitches. Add in some scouting inaccuracies and I can see how that happened...

I would be fussy here, you do not want your closer to up and become a starter. Even if you had a new closer Soria is a great set up.
Do you have any stats for him as a starter? as a side note, being from KC, if you take out soria (has he's been inured most the season) they seem to loose all coherency in the bull pin |

6-5, 2.21 ERA. He has four starts of 7 or 8 innings, but most of his starts have ranged from 4.1 IP to 5.1 IP. He only has one non-7+ inning start that has gone greater than 5.1, and that was a 5.2 inning start.
