not all nations appearing ingame

Ok, so I am starting my ficitional world. I redid the nations and cities files. When I start the game only like 6 of my 8 nations show up...Can anyone think of a reason why???

Ok, first question would be... did you create the new league before you redid the nations and cities files or after?

Make sure the baseball quality of each nation is >0. Players will not be created from nations on the lowest quality setting.
