Fantasy Team
I suspect the answer to my question is really simple and obvious but here goes....
I want to start a normal ML game (with reali life league structure) with all players from this year, but start with a draft (which might give me half a chance of helping the Pittsburgh Pirates get up the league!!) I can see options to start a fantasy league with fictional players but how do I do this with the 2009 roster? Thanks |

There is an option in any league to release all players and hold an inaugural draft. At least there was in every previous version of OOTP so i assume it is there altohugh I haven't done it myself yet in 10.

yes, at any time in the off season, go to Game/Game Setup/League Setup
one of the tabs is 'release all players and schedule inaugural draft'

The quickstart is set for the start of the season. I don't think you'll be able to dump them into the pool for a draft. You'll have to sim to the offseason and then do it.
