Lineup Changing

What would cause my starting lineup for a game change from my default lineup? It's not due to any Depth Chart substitutions, fatigue, or injuries. I actually see players moving to different spots in the lineup and non-lineup players in the lineup. Is there some setting somewhere that is allowing the computer to override my lineup?

Are you using 7-day lineups?

Ok, I found the area for 7-Day Lineups, but it's set to use normal lineups. So why are my lineups not being used, and where are the ones being used coming from? Anyone?

Normal Lineups result in both the depth chart being used and some AI interference. This is a bug IMO but I believe it is not recognized as such.

Using 7-day lineups and not allowing subs is the only foolproof way of getting your exact lineup in the game. Not ideal unless you monitor fatigue closely.

I did some more digging and I think that I might be on to something. Some of the substitutions may be due to the depth chart setting of 'use when starter is tired'. Now the roster screen doesn't show any icon indicating fatigue (is that only for pitchers?), but if I review the player I see that they might, for example, be 91% Rested. Does this count as being tired? Anything under 100%? If this is the case, which I am ok with, it also seems that instead of just substituting the player, it reviews and reorganizes the lineup based on these substitutions. I'm also ok with that, as that's what I'm used to in Puresim, but I'd just like to confirm that this is the case.

This was brought up recently. If I recall correctly, anything under 100% counts as fatigued, but the 'fatigue' icon doesn't show up for position players until they get quite a bit lower — 75 or 80%, I think. That hardly seems useful.
