Star Ratings: Inconsistent between screens?

I'm not talking about the html page and in the game, instead this:

I am trading Dmitri Young to the Twins. I'm getting a MR prospect whom I would like to turn into a SP upon arrival. Anyway, he is shown on his default player screen (in the game) as being a 1/4 star player. When I click on scouting reports however, my scout shows him as a 1/1. He is the one reporting the 1/4 so I'm not sure how this all of a sudden changed.

The scouting report is dated as the current date so it's not like it is outdated or anything either. I know neither one is the OSA rating either as they do not give out stars this time of year (at least I don't think).

This has been brought up several times and has been confirmed fixed for the first patch.
