International Scouting

Do you need to do something to have your scout scout internationally? I have the maintain ghost players option on and I upped my budget in that department yet I'm still getting no scouting reports on any international players.

Are you using the 2009 MLB Quickstart? If you are this seems to be a common problem that no one is finding any international free agents.

ugh... if that's true I hope it's in the patch. Is there a bug report on that?

I don't think that there is a bug report. Maybe there should be. I just set up a quickstart game using the 2009 Quickstart that came with the game and simmed 10 years and again not a single international signing. I think it is definately a bug with the quickstart.

How do i go about getting it logged as a bug?

Report it in Technical Support, and include links to this thread and the other one that dealt with this.
