Injury DTD% question...

When I am editing the injury file, does the DTD% refer to the percentage of the time this injury will result in a player being DTD versus out or does it refer to the percentage the player will be affected performance wise while this injury is DTD...

The manual has not been updating regarding this and I don't want to do it one way and then have to go back and redo the whole thing, so I thought I would ask first

Pretty sure it's the % of times it's DTD. At least that's my guess.

I was pretty sure it was the other way around. DTD 21% means 21% performance loss.
