CityID

In previous versions of OOTP I've changed the city of birth of players to historically consistent results by exporting the roster (via Global setup), editing the city names associated with players, and the importing the edited file. (I also change the heights/weights too to get more reasonable historical players.)

But in OOTPX I see something new appears in the roster export: "CityID" which I don't think has appeared before (at least in the versions I've used).

For instance, one player in my export has: "...79474, Thasos..." where the number is the CityID.

But in the cities.txt file you have the line:

"Thasos,3339,76,Kavala,40.77,24.72"

So the CityID does not seem to be taken from the cities.txt file as the number 79474 does not appear associated with Thasos in the cities.txt.

Does anyone know from whence this CityID number comes? I only care because if I just change the city name without changing the CityID to the correct number I'm sure I won't get the results I want.
