Is Anybody Else Not Allowed To Manage In-Game?

I'm just wondering if it is just my computer that is affected by the nasty bug I call B.S. I have officially given up ever managing a game simply because I can tell you exactly what will happen before the pitch is thrown. I have absolutely no input on the outcome of the game (if I don't do anything incredibly stupid like walking the bases loaded etc, of course).

1. Situation #1--1st and 3rd less than 2 outs for me=automatic strikeout doesn't matter who's pitching or batting. I even get the PBP that is like 4 lines and just tells you the pitch type not strike 3.

2. Situation #2--(Me batting) Hard-hit ball anywhere but deep CF is an automatic out no matter what great play the fielder has to make. Absolutely no difference what fielding ratings the fielder has from 1-20. This is 100% on any play where the PBP breaks into 2 lines i.e. "the fielder dives/jumps/has to sprint" next line "he makes the catch/grab"

3. Situation #3--The opposing pitcher is at bat (I'm in 1902 btw). They hit somewhere between .700-.800 against me. It's such a joke I'm almost ready to institute the DH so it will drop to maybe .300 or so. The contact ratings range between 5 and 8 on a 20 scale.

4. Situation #4--I have scored X number of runs in an inning. The opposing team will score AT LEAST X-1 within 3 innings no matter if I've allowed 3 hits of less in the game.

5. HIT AND RUN DOES NOT WORK!!!!! And by that I mean it is successful maybe 5% in getting a hit. Hell, I've had players hit the ball to the middle infielder who is supposed to be covering, and according to the ball flight and PBP, he never has to dive. Even worse, I get runners thrown out at first at at least the same 5% clip from fly balls to the outfield.

6. Situation #5--My pitchers will all of a sudden go completely walk happy especially when the other team needs runs either in #4 or to win a close game. This just happened in the World Series against me which is why I'm so ticked off. SP has a control of 17 and walked 3 straight players who had Eye ratings of 9 or less. Btw, then the pitcher who has a Contact of 6 smashes a double to CF.

Anything you can think of has happened to me. The frustrating thing is that this is the same crap that caused me to quit playing OOTP5. Oh, and the great thing of I can't steal bases even against a 2-6 arm with a 15+ SB rating. Even got thrown out by an OF who was playing C on a curveball. Many, many, many different things that only works for the AI and never for me.

Seriously, I'm to the point that I could take the 1927 Yankees (however you wanted to inport the league ratings-wise), turn off injuries, and just normal manage them every game to a sub-.500 record due to this junk. Call me a whiner all you want to, but you should just be thrilled this isn't affecting you. Just remember, I've just cost my team a WS JUST BY MANAGING THE GAMES OUT!

P.S. I have scouting turned off so those are actual ratings. Also, I have yet to win a game in regulation without scoring in the 9th to break the tie. This is in over 50 games I've played out.
