Free Agents all taking minor league contracts

Hi I just wanted to see if anyone else has noticed this with the free agents. It seems no matter what kind of player i offer a contract to they all say they will take a minor league contract (see print screen). I really have only started to notice this post patch#1. Any help would be great. Thanks.

Haven't seen anything like it.
Are you seeing it in a league created post path/league imported from OOTP9/league created pre-patch and continued afterward?

Considering Lieber pitched on a minor league contract last year, I'm not so sure that this is a bug. In fact I think its pretty sweet if they are signing deals as it beats having a bunch of FAs waiting for major league contracts that will never come.

If the league is already in the regular season, most (not all) FA will accept a minor league contract just to get a job. That's intentional...
