What happened to this?

Why is this version ignoring the spot starter pct? In version 9 it worked perfectly but now no matter how I set it up, the spot starters are completly ignored. Any ideas what I might be doing wrong?

It worked fine during beta testing, and still is working OK, so you need to provide more detail on exactly how you have it set and what makes you think it isn't working.

I see the spot starter wont work unless I use at least a 4 man rotation with the rotation size set at 1 higher. In version 9 I used a 1 man rotation with 2 spot starters. Had the rotation size set to 2 man. Version 10 wont let me select less then three so for some reason it ignores the spot starters.
