Has anyone released fictional modifiers/settings?
I'm not really happy with how the default settings are working for fictional leagues. I'm looking for something that Skydog and Ronco put together last year for more accurate settings in a 80's early 90's type universe. Has anyone done work like this for the OOPTX release?
