draft question

I started a 1993 historical league and the first draft is scheduled for 26 rounds but there are only 114 players eligible and i've got 28 teams drafting. that would be enough players for not even 4 rounds. How do i get a larger draft class??????

If this is a historical league, then unless you selected the option to allow fictional players while you were creating the league, you'll only get as many players in the draft pool as were in it in real life (or the number of rounds times the number of teams, whichever is less, but 728 will almost never be less than the actual number).
