Any Advise?

I'm about to download OOTP 10. This will be my first version since the 2007/v-8. I'm wanting to setup my universe to have fictional players, real teams, college and HS feeders, a couple of foreign leagues, and hopefully accurate modern era type statistics. (Say 1990 to present type numbers) I'm wondering if there are any good templates out there for what I'm trying to do. Also wondering if the default settings when I download the game will work out long term for this. Any input would surely be appreciated.
