Quick Start upload question

I have created a quick start using the rosters that shipped with the game (pre-patch), as well as independent minors and some other bells and whistles, including some graphics. Can I release these and credit the authors of the work, or is this a no-no since the rosters are the onese that released with the game? I don't want to anger Markus or any of the original creators of some of the graphics.
