Build 10.2.16 available now!

Hey friends,

we have just updated the patch to version number 10.2.16. The new build contains two bug fixes, along with all previous fixes of course:
- Fixed crash when setting scouting accuracy to 'very high'
- DL notifications for minor league players no longer occur when setting the manager option 'Minor League promotions/demotions' to the computer AI.

I have edited the sticky post regarding the patch accordingly.
