Historicals better check their data paths

I'm pretty sure that I did the OOTP9 ---> OOTPX league conversion correctly, but I noticed in my historical league certain names and affiliations did not change in the offseason.

The reason, I found, was that the database path was still pointing to the OOTP9 folder, which I had removed after uninstalling that game. Changing the path to the OOTPX folder did the trick (and manually doing the changes for the upcoming season), as a test sim of two more seasons showed.

BTW, I think it's fairly important not to change any team, subleague, or league abbreviations in a historical league, as these drive the annual league configuration updates AFAIK.
