Hiring coaches from other teams

It would be great if you could offer coaches from other organisations. There is a hitting coach in rookie ball who I would love to sign. You could have to give some cash in compensation.

It would also be tampering unless you first got permission from the team. And why would they give permission unless it was an amazing offer?
