Mound Visits

Seems to be a useless feature but it would make it more interesting if you would get different sayings and not that he is perfectly fine when they are OK all the time and etc.

the #1 reason to use it is you can kill time while a pitcher is in the bull pin, and he will warm up as you are out there.

and it my be in my head but a lot of the time I swear the calm down some and get guys out after a visit, this is not confirmed beyond my own experiance though, and it does not always work, as in real life

Well at least the comment the pitcher makes is much more respectful towards the manager than the earlier get the Hell out of here version!

Time killing for sure. My experience is that a calming down effect is also there at times.

I've had a pitcher say he was out of gas.

They say this when their status has gone to exhausted, I have never seen them say anything other than "I am perfectly fine...." when their status is still OK. Mostly I just use it to try to get my relievers ready.
