Creating A New League

So I've never really truly created a new league on my own and I want to venture into that realm. What I want to do is start with a small league and expand as the years go along so I can really get to know the players....

I was looking at a 16 team league with 8 teams in each league

Maybe breaking it up with an Eastern League and a Western League (West of the Mississippi)

I only want 3 levels of minors to start off with such as AAA, AA, and A with feeder leagues (never done those) and not sure how to set those up and a Latin League which the players would play until they were 18 and then be able to be signed by the big league teams (Anyway to do it where they can be signed by teams when they are 16, 17 and 18?)

I want modern era everything from the start and was thinking about simming from like 1900 to the present year to really build up history....What I would like is some help on the feeder leagues, the Latin League I've described..I read a post on it before but not quite sure how to have them head to the Majors.

Here are the cities I want (when I choose them do they already have the correct city financials i.e. market size and forth)

Eastern League: (any help with nicknames and logos would be great)

New York
Boston
Chicago
Memphis
New Orleans
Washington D.C.
Philadelphia
Miami

Western:

Los Angeles
Dallas
Las Vegas
St. Louis
Phoenix
Houston
Des Moines
Portland

Any help woudl be great, with a logn weekend ahead of us I'd love to mess around with things....

Put Miami or Atlanta in the eastern league.

Added teams, now just looking for team nicknames and help how to use feeder leagues.

hope someone answers you because I too have never understood how to use feeder leagues or what purpose the serve.

to add a feeder league go to: game<game setup<league setup<add minor league and you see a feeder league right there.

as for the latin league you would want, i think you'd go to game<game setup<league setup and click add league. Make all teams from latin america, set foreigner percentage to 0, and set minimum age to 16, max age to 18, and set it so that FAs can leave the league.

i just leave it as the default (16)
