How Many Draft Rounds in MLB default?

What seems to be the consensus if any?

Also, since the default roster now includes Strasburg and Ackley, does it include those two in the total count when generating or does it generate x amount of rounds and those guys are just added (x+2)?

I ask the second question, because I'm thinking about deleting the two non-fictional players but don't want to come up short anywhere.

I do 30 rounds, generating for 31 rounds.

I do 50 (which is the limit, irl I believe) but did come up quite short in yr 1.
After that it got progressively better.

Not sure about the actual Draft Rules in 2009, but back when I paid attention to everything that happened in MLB (1980's), the draft had no set number of rounds; it continued until no one wanted to make a pick...
