1st time I've seen this in the game. Unfortunately it was against me.

I actually had one in an All-Star game (historical) recently. Made me want to research if that had ever happened IRL.

It seems to me that inside-the-parkers should be more common in 19th century and deadball-era play.

Baseball-Reference has recently made historical HR data, including IITPHR records, available as shown here: Baseball’s most exciting play -- The Hardball Times - though I don't see any easy way to get at season totals. But if we did get season totals for historical years, we could then talk about ways that a future edition of OOTP might go about reflecting them, either with park factors or park dimensions or... something.
