AA Minor Leagues

I am putting together a fictional league based on MLB league structures. The problem is that in AA there are three sub leagues but the game only allows two sub leagues is there anyway to work out this situation

I also noticed in the PCL you can't have two conferences because there is an American and a Pacific Conference instead you have to have 4 divisions with no conferences and I suppose this is the same thing in historical leagues when you create minor leagues..Very unrealistic

Sub-leagues are for leagues that will play each other in the post season. You can easily have three or more AA leagues, just by adding each one as a separate league....

This post makes no sense to me, could you clarify your complaint?

You can set up the PCL however you see fit...

After creating the league and then adding a AA minor league in real life there are three sub leagues but when the minor league is created it has two sub leagues like the MLB league. When I go to edit the league structure and go to add another sub league the opeion does not exist. I went to PadreFan's site and found a template that I am usuing and it is created correct. I must be missing something but right now everything is fine using that template...thank you for your help

You can easily mimic the conference structure in the PCL by making the league contain two subleagues, with one subleague being the American Conference and the other subleague being the Pacific Conference. For the schedule, select balanced with interleague play and then load up an actual PCL schedule (which features balanced play within each conference [16 games against each opponent] and 4 games against each club in the other conference).

This is how the PCL was set up in OOTP 9; however, some folks wanted to recreate the 'Bricktown Showdown' (i.e. the IL vs. PCL championship game), so to do that you'd have to make a single AAA league, with one subleague being the International League and the other subleague being the Pacific Coast League (as this allows for a playoff series between the two). But in this setup the PCL cannot have a conference structure.

It basically all boils down to OOTP's (current) limitation on how it handles leagues.
