Potential ratings and historicals

Hello all,

Please tell me how in the name of Frank Chance's half-deaf ghost does Hoyt Wilhelm deserve a Potential rating of 80 in 1969 ?!?! He played mere fractions of 3 more unspectacular seasons after '69 ... ?!?!?!? ... I've tried starting a '69 historical using the "Remaining Years Of Career" and the "Remaining Peak Years of Career" calc option for Potential, but each time 'ol Hoyt always comes out as an 80 for Potential.

In previous versions potential ratings were meaningless for players over the age of 26 or so. That may still be true. So it will have no effect on a 47 year old player.
