Great article on the coming revolution in defensive stats
We've been discussing defensive skills a lot on this board. Here's a great article about the technological advances that are making defensive stats much more useful.

Wow, very interesting. With all of that raw data the sky is the limit with what people will be able to track. It appears to open the door to a very effective way to track defensive fielding abilities.
