Help- Facegen Not Initializing

I've been having a problem with Facegen over the last couple of days. It all started when I accidentally opened OOTP 9 instead of x. It's still installed on my system but I moved all of the document folders to OOTPx to save space. I realized I had loaded the wrong version of the game when i got an error message saying files were missing and that it could not initialize facegen.

Now, everytime I open OOTPx, Facegen does not initialize. It's always set to enabled in the preferences screen but it never comes back on after I re-start the program. The game setup screen does not allow me to change any of the facegen settings either.

I don't know why what happens in version 9 would coordinate to x, but it seems like that could have happened this time. Is ther any way to get Facegen to initialize again?
