Another how do I do it question
How do I change the aging modifiers to let player last 4-8 years longer? Most of the players retire at 35 even though same are in great shape and had a good season before.

I would not change aging alone. Development speed and aging speed are part of a pair that allow career development to progress properly. I find you have to reduce dev speed and increase aging speed to get realistic results. I'll own up that most of this comes from v9 as I haven't gone far enough in vX to have a good handle on it.
If you extend careers via the aging speed modifiers alone, you may affect prospect development later on by having too many "good" players in place from 21-36+, instead of 24/25-37 and such. YMMV.
