AI Player Evaluation
A few Question
whats the best setting for player evaluation 40-30-20-10? If I turn scouts off will I still be able to find and sign players from countries outside of the draft? does lowering the talent change randomness from 100 to say 50 greatly change the year to year fluctuations of ratings/potential? and last question Does anybody change the Dev speed from 1.0 ? Thanks for any help I simmed threw the 09 season and really want to start my league in the 2009 off season with the best setup possible but im unsure on these options |

IMO, the downside of this alignment is that because of its emphasis on stats, its possible for the AI to seriously over/undervalye a player because of one statistically unusual season.

so far ive tryed 52 38 9 1 and it seems to work pretty well might tweak it here and there
anybody have some suggestions on dev speed I dont want see payers drop off so much in 1 year or gain a lot currently i have it as .94 .95 .97 .96 75 randomness is that to minor of a chnage to change much? thanks for the help guys |

I currently use 60/30/10/0, talent randomnous of 75 and a 1.200 development. I also use very low/hard/neutral for trading. It seems to work pretty well. I have used 100% ratings for player evaluation before. I am not sure which is best but I keep searching.
