I agree with the Colonel. get rid of the written scouting reports. They are garbage and give the impression that the Scouting ratings are nonsense.

Stars rating work just fine IMO, and the scouting text is fine too... someday I would like to move away from describing each category, rather moving to a 3-4 sentence report profiling the overall value/potential of the player... but this is something for OOTP 12.
