For a realistic experience Molarmite should do what RL baseball people do. Throw him out there and see what happens. I'll post a screenshot later.

Here's the guy I was talking about. I just noticed, looking through his career stats that I pitched him less than prior owners. It's a small sample size, but he lasted nearly all season. He was injured in the end, but keep in mind he's 33 years old.

Also note that he pitched 6.27 innings per game. I took a chance with this guy, because the manual explained that the new "stamina" meant something different than the "Endurance" rating in prior versions. I'm convinced of that now.
