Playoff Problem- Home Field advantage error

Hello all,

I wrote about this problem with the last version and it is still happening in this version. The game is giving the lower seed in the 2nd round home field advantage, while the higher seed (almost always the 2 seed) as the away team. It is random when it occurs, but it almost always occurs. Also, if the lower seed defeats the higher seed and makes it to the next round, this error is carried through and the lower seed still gets home field advantage against a higher seed. I was wondering if there is a way to fix this or if I could send some game files to assist in fixing this error.

You can go into the schedule editor and fix it as needed.

Not to worry. For a work-around to the problem, take a look at Tony M's playoff editor: http://www.ootpdevelopments.com/boar...ff-editor.html. Of course it would be best if Markus simply fixed the program so that it could figure out that the #4 team does not get home-field just because they knock off the #1 team. But until that happens, Tony M has provided a sterling utility so that we can fix the home-field errors (and add byes too, proving that it CAN be done!!!!!!
