Help with restore please

Ok, Have a major virus on laptop which I use for OOTP. Have to restore the computer. What files do I need to save to play the game after? Just save game files? I only have the injury file from Matter in the game. No logos or mods downloaded. Any help is appreciated.

Just the save game folder and any mods you use. You should also un-license the game before you restore.
