I like the OBP of .012
The batting stats of pitchers in a couple leagues I've seen has been dreadful in OOTP X. This seems to be a little different from previous versions where I think pitchers hit a little too good in some instances. IMO it has swung a little too far the other way. I'm considering doctoring ratings in my solo league in the off season.

Sometimes, packing it in and calling it a career is the right move. Wow.

To-President UBL Sir request urgent consideration for league to introduce designated hitter STOP Do not believe pitchers being forced to hit is in best interests of the league STOP Plus teammates are now mocking me and they just wont STOP From-E Phetteplace |

To-E. Phetteplace Sir I can only assume that you are suggesting that there be allowed a player who's only job is to hit and then return to the dugout without actually playing the game STOP Son, that just is not baseball STOP If this is your request, please STOP From-President UBL

Recommendation from Hitting Coach to Southpaw Pitcher: Try batting Left-handed for Pete's sake!

Yeah, in most of my OOTP leagues there is a severe lack of any good hitting pitchers... |

In that case I'm rare too, I throw left and bat right. I started out throwing right, but really had no range to my throw until my coach suggested I try with my left. I was amazed at how far the ball went on my first throw left, and never went back after that.

ANd Rickey Henderson.
ANyway, never had this problem. Using a DH is a blessing in this regard.

Course, one thing about the DH. Sure, you have one guy whose job is solely to hit. But, with pitcher batting. You have pitchers who bat, pitch, and field. But, yet those lazy position players almost never pitch.

0 for 87 with 47 K's? Looks like an OOTP X pinch hitter to me...
