"Data Dump" Options

I noticed the option to dump data into .csv files in the almanac options menu. This got me thinking, since .csv is the file format used by the Lahman DB, if you did a 100-year historical sim and generated CSV files updated yearly off of it...would you then be able to replace the Lahman DB with these files and import historical players based off of this new DB. Essentially, could you use this function to run a 2nd generation historical sim? Let me know if any of you have any insight into this.

No. There in the same format, but they're not the same required files.
