This may help you

One thing he as wrong though is number 10 when he states if you hit a home run it's 4 runs, what is known in baseball as a home run would actually be 6 runs, you score 4 runs by either running between the wickets (bases) 4 times or by hitting the ball over the rope but it having bounced before it went over.

Other ways of getting out are if a bowler hits the wickets by bowling the ball, it doesn't have to hit the ground (as above post) the batsman can also hit the ball onto the stumps, when a fielder catches the ball without it having touched the ground (just like in baseball) also you can be run out which is just like in baseball but what differs is that in baseball you tag the man with hand carrying the ball but cricket you "tag" the wicket.
If i'm not mistaken, there's one further way the batsman can be called out, and that's for blocking the wicket with his leg. Correct?

Of course LBW, I'm not even going to try and explain that one so maybe my brain just cut it out on purpose

Well, in principle, it's simple: the batsman uses his leg to deflect a ball that he believes will knock into the wicket, but one that he doesn't believe he can do anything with using his bat. That being said, the times it is called by the umpire are hard to understand, usually because I am sitting too far away from the action to really see what's going on. I trust the umpire is in a better position.

But don't forget it as to land on the pitch in a certain place, an imaginary strip from wicket to wicket.
