Window size

I presently play at 1024x768 window size and i was wondering if window size makes any difference. I can go higher but for what advantage?

You can comfortably fit more columns in a table or maybe even more tables on the transactions screen?

The best advantage I have seen with a higher res is being able to see all my minors on one screen at once.
