Is a 1995 league possible?

I see all these historical league forums, but wondering if it's possible to create a sim with all the players in the year 1995 - and if so, how one would go about creating said league.

The game allows historical leagues to be created in the new league wizard. Easy as pie. Check the manual.

Create a historical league in Create Game, set it for 1995 and make sure you check the box to import the full history. Dead simple. You can get logos, etc. from Padresfan's OOTP site.
