bug?

If this is indeed a bug, I will post it in the appropriate section, but I wanted to get this out to you guys first.

This is a guy that I traded as somewhat of a prospect-for-prospect trade (despite him taking over 400 ABs in the season b4 i traded him). I checked on him because he was one of my favorite players and saw that he took a whopping 767 at bats in his first year with his new team. I was amazed. Now its a few years later and I decide to look at the league records. I look at the single season games record and see this guy with 210 (in a league that plays 162 games)! I look at his player page and see that he did, according to the game, play 210 games that season (he was never traded or demoted). So then I checked the team's history page to make sure they didn't play 210 games for some reason and sure enough they played 163 (because of a playoff which they won). This is surely a bug, no?

(and by the way, we had him, traded him, then signed him back as a free agent since players only had auto renew for 2 years in this league. Our outfield became loaded so we traded him again. After his apparent 210 game season he was traded for a crappy reliever and gave Columbus some good baseball for a couple of seasons)

another thing i realized, i traded another player to the same team in the same season, and he apparently played in 200 games that year...

That for sure has to be an error, i have never noticed 200 games played. There are players who bounce around alot in a season but 200. It is interesting though.....

If you traded for him, why does it list him as only playing for one team in that year?

i traded both guys at the end of spring training
