PISD hassle

I had a lot of trouble early on with license issues and had to request pisd to release my license several time, according to the message they sent me six total times.

Well it seems that six is their limit.

When I updated to the newest version my license became locked out and now they request a statement as to why I have requested to have my license released so many times.

Has anyone else had similar problems with pisd?

Yes. Try replying to their email with an explanation similar to what you put in your OP. They will also need to know the License #s that need to be released. You could also track down PISDPaul from one of his posts in these boards, and send him a PM asking for help. But I'd do that only if your first request to them doesn't work.

Thanks, I have responded to their email with the requested information. Hopefully they can reset my uses. Thanks again for letting me know someone else had a similar issue and it was ironed out.

Four days and counting and still nothing has been unlocked.

Why do you think they call themselves PISD. They seem to P*** off any number of people.

Heh, I need to say it just once: That's what I think of every time I read this acronym, and they've never done anything bad to me!

The other option under consideration was Electronic License Management Organization.

It didn't tickle them.

I thought it was because they were always in a bad mood.

Better to be PISD off than PISD on.

MD, just because you're computer literate and don't like to over pay for a label doesn't mean everyone is like you

So, yeah, someone is overpaying for a label: Mac users.
Dude I'm on your side

Well I think everything has been taken care of, Licenses have been released. I will say that personally Paul from pisd has always been quite helpful but dealing with their automated response message was tiresome to say the least.
