Saving World Templates.

Ok, so I got a league all set up complete with logos for the majors and minors. I got all the colors set and everything the way I want it. I save it as a world template, and when I begin a new league loading up the template, only about half the teams maybe a little more have the logos/colors associated with the team. The rest of the teams have the game generated colors and logos. Any Idea why it's doing this?
