Has it been extended?

Just wondering if the WS sale is still going on. I know the series is over but haven't seen anything on the sale being over. Sometimes these things continue for a while.

Go into the buy screen and see what price is posted. If it's not what you want you can back out.

Good Idea. Looks like it's done. Guess I'll wait for the next sale.

You have to strike when the iron is hot.

Yes, but you have to have the money at the time the iron is hot. I didn't but I do now. When the next sale comes out I might or I might not. That's what happens when you're retired on a limited income.

You could get a low-limit credit card for times like this and pay the balance off every month, or you could just hit up your relatives for a small bridge loan, like my great-uncle does about every six months or so. One of my grandmothers who is retired has this great work from home part-time gig buying and reselling stuff on eBay, and she started with like fifty bucks and now makes so much money at it they stopped paying her pension to her until her income goes back down. The possibilities are endless.

I guess there are other options and for something important I'd work it out. But I'm now playing ver9. VerX would be better but it's not like I'm just sitting on the bench getting splinters. Hopefully I'll get it during the xmas sale. Otherwise I'll wait and preorder XI.

That ebay reselling is a good idea. But I live so far out in the country it would be a long way to find the stuff to buy at garage sales and stuff. Gas would eat up all the profits. I usually don't run short but recently had a big expense. It's no big deal. If they had extended the sale and it was still $30, fine. Otherwise I can wait and still play 9.

The lady two doors down from me retired and then started
buying and reselling stuff online. She's making a couple of hundred a day doing it.
