I will say that I was disappointed that the last patch did have the rosters fixed, at least the contracts fixed.

Yes I have some out in the Mods and have one that's almost intill today but the problem is it will go so far and then exit meaning maybe one day because of other Leagues that have been deleted in it still show up some where in the file maybe.
Another guy has one out but can't get it to load because of World.dat won't load.

I want to play game with knew rosters but .lg will not load quickstart and players old still new in game but mods and upload and 11-20-09.

Not every couple of days just one that's going to be as of Friday because that's 11-20-09 and include in it the Protection List for Rule 5 Draft coming up in Game. The Date got to be that day in the Game meaning just for that League that's is a saved Game.

How many players have played in the MLB and MiLB this season and how much work would it take to get all their stats into the system. AFAIK, Lahman hasn't got his 2009 updated database out and that's only MLB and that's one of his main jobs.

A mod maker to do that would be doing more work than Sean in an even more part-time role...

Hey everyone.

So, for the last couple of months, I've been working on updating the roster set, which is what I usually do when I buy OOTP (I edit rosters much more than I play). I'm currently on version 5.3.

I've fixed contracts for all players (I believe), edited minor league totals to their correct 2008 numbers, added all prospect injuries that took place before the 2009 season. I've also customized the ratings of over 500 major league and minor league players, in order to try to get the closest to their actual totals for the 2009 season when played (I went so far as to adjust the morale of players who had hot or cold starts to the 2009 season). This has included improving and lowering the ratings of prospects whose stock changed in 2009. In order to make this work, I've kept player development and talent change randomness very low.

I've also added to the draft pool all 30 first rounders who signed, the top signed players for the Rangers, Mets, Rays, and Phillies (since they don't have first rounders), a handful of other signed 2009 draftees and all 29 of the signed players in the Orioles' draft class. The draft pool is not yet complete, but I feel it is a pretty good set, and I've given versions of it to some of the people in my online league and haven't received any complaints.

What I don't have is a good host for the set. But if this interests people, and anyone can suggest a good, free filehost, I'd be happy to share it with anyone who wants it.

Is 2009 Stats in it? How about 2010 Contracts so like Bay,Lackey,Damon and so on can be on the Free-Agent Market?
How about all Draft Picks from this year to?
I'm waiting for it because mine keeps exiting. Maybe also in Template so I can load and do in Fantasy Draft with it to.

No, mgom - it isn't an end of season set, but an improved start of 2009 set.

Everybody wants an Offseason Roster set just as of 11-20-09 with 09 stats in it and don't need one update everyday.
