What year is it?

Anyone else forget what real-life year it is?

I play in three on-line leagues and have a solo league, all with dates greater than 2009. Sometimes I really get immersed in OOTP and operate under all these future dates. Then all of a sudden I need to know the real-life date for something. I have to pause and ask myself .... Is it 2009? or 2010?

...Check date in right hand-corner. Yes it's 2009.

In one of my leagues, I just finished the year 2253.

At least they got the Miami Marlins part right back in 1985. The Miami Marlins won't officially exist until what? 2010?

I was talking about the Cubs - Marlins thing, it's a more specific prediction.

I have leagues in 19921, 2000, and 2009. I more have the problem where I'm writing about them and I forget what era I'm writing about or what the date is.
