Grayed Out Options

I imported my league from OOTP 9. In going through the options, there are certain checked items like the Rule 5 Draft, enabling financial system.

Anyone know why that is? I want to keep all these checked but since they are grayed, I'm not 100% sure they are active.

Usual reason: You can't edit them at this point in the season. Check again in the offseason, the preseason, or immediately after your season completes.
