Hopefully someone here can help. While scouting internationally I found a few players that I wanted to offer contracts to. I signed one, but I didn't have the option to sign the others(5 of them), I could only shorlist them. Does anyone know why I couldn't offer a contract to these guys, the option wasn't there, The youngest was 16, the oldest is 28.

My guess is that they already have signed with another team.

Have you checked that in the player profile?
