Matchup-based closer situations and LOOGY's...

I have RHP Rafael Soriano and LHP Mike Gonzalez - both capable of being closers in the league. I'd like for my manager to use Soriano when the 9th inning lineup will be stacked with RH's and Gonzalez when the 9th inning will be stacked with LH's... is there a way to do this? Also, is there a way to set the 'LOOGY' of your team?

I don't know of anything to specifically specify that for your closer. There is a slider on the strategy page for "favor left/right matchup". You could set that slider all the way to "Prefer" for the 9th inning and later.

Not sure that will work, but interface seems to imply it is designed to work that way.

Please let us know if that is successful.

Never attempted to do it by simming, I play my games out, but there's two closer slots on the pitching section. If you set them both to closers and then do as jmknpk2 said on your strategy tab, it should work.
