Need help with Scoutingtracker

If someone could help me with getting scoutingtracker going I would appreciate it. I have verified my league and upon the next Player Development Report I run Tracker again but it has me verify league again. Have done this multiple times and always has me verify my league/team. I am sure I am doing something wrong but I am at a loss.

64 views and no idea on how to help. I either have a very hard and complicated problem or no one wants to help.
I hope it's a hard problem because this forum has always seem to be of great help when needed.

Sounds like a permissions issue. Somewhere it will be storing a file that says "you have done this correctly" but maybe it's not able to save it on your computer.

What operating system are you using?

Thank you for responding Tony. Using Windows XP. I select my team and put in the players info and hit verify and I get the message the league is verified and a file has been created but when I go back after the next player Dev report I have to start over and verify league.
Have done it 4 times with same result. I will keep trying as I am getting quicker at least putting in the players ratings. I will try deleting the program and downloading it again and see what happens as well.
Just thought maybe somebody would "say you forgot to do this" or "you have to click that"
