Importing Stats

Hey everyone, I'm the commish of a league that started on OOTP 5 and I'm trying to import some of the fielding stats from versions 5-6.5 but when I import stats, I lose all of my right/left splits stats. Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong? Or is this just the way it works right now?
