Lowest draft pick that became an All Star.
I was just planning my draft strategy in a league I'm in and was thinking as anyone ever picked up an All Star in the 20th round ? Or whats the lowest anybody as ever picked up an All Star or solid major leaguer in a draft.

Francis is the only All-Star so far, but here's a quartet of very good pitchers selected in round 22 or later in the same draft:

On my other computer, I had a non-drafted guy--he was passed up in all 20 rounds--who became the all-time home run champ.
