Question about arbitration.

Long story short, I've reached the arbitration period in the first year of my solo fictional league, and I can't seem to find the screen where I can submit arbitration numbers or choose to offer arbitration to impending free agents. When I reach the arbitration date, my players automatically receive a salary. Basically, arbitration seems to work exactly like in all previous versions of OOTP. I assume that there's an option I forgot to turn on, but I can't seem to find anything in the league setup menus. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Whoops, upon reading the online manual, I think I carelessly simmed over the Arbitration Offer Period to the day of the hearings. This is my first season with OOTP 10, so I didn't know it worked like that. No big deal.

Keep in mind that you may not have had an arbitration period for your first year in a fictional league.

For example, if you had a brand new fictional league - everybody would have 0 service time. Unless you set arbitration for 1 year, IIRC, you wouldn't see anything indicating arbitration awards.

Not true, unless you use the "erase the service time of all players" function under League Setup.

Players all have varied service time and fictional contracts.
